Owned, managed and operated for 40+ years by Mike Stone, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Vietnam combat veteran. Mike continually strives for the highest level of appraisal competence and learning. He maintains a program of current continuing education for all the latest changes in government regulations as well as up to date information on market trends and underwriter requirements. This has earned him a position in the appraisal profession above that of most of his contemporaries in the region.
